2006.5 Kia Optima Lx Tail Lights,parking Lights And Dash Light Stay On!

Parking lights, tail lights, dash lights, running lights stay on all the time! Changed the multi function switch.. Changes brake switch relay.. Is there relays in the cabin fuse box and can these be replaced?
