If The Kenwood System M-925dab-s Has Bridge Amplifiers, Then One Cannot Connect

Bridge amplifiers have a common power supply and are 'floating" independently. A set of speakers with a common ground would shortcut the outputs... I would like to know the situation of the Kenwood M-925DAB-S system, and if possible, which other Kenwood models caan function with a common ground (passive) speaker system.

Unfortunately, the Kenwood M-925DAB-S system is not compatible with passively grounded speakers. This is because its bridged amplifiers have a common power supply and "float" independently. Connecting speakers with a common ground would create a short circuit at the outputs, potentially damaging the system.

It's important to use speakers with isolated grounds or floating grounds with the Kenwood M-925DAB-S. These speakers do not have a physical connection between the speaker chassis and the negative terminal of the speaker wire. This prevents the short circuit that would occur with a common ground.

Here are some Kenwood models that are compatible with passively grounded speakers:

Micro Hi-Fi Systems: M-725DAB, M-525DAB, M-425DAB
