Why Isn't My Aux Setting Appearing On My Radio When I Hit The Source

If you have operated the product as per the manual here http://www.helpowl.com/manuals/Kenwood/KDCX995/108272 only to find that it does not respond as ecpected, then you may be having a firmware issue (the firmware would have to be updated) or a mechanical failure requiring that it be be turned in to a worthy service center.
