Make a Voice Dialing Call Turn the volume knob to select "VOICE 2 RECOG", then press to enter. "V-RECG READY" is displayed. Press the volume knob to start voice 3 recognize. "PB NAME" is displayed. 4 When a beep is heard, say the name within 2 seconds. "PN TYPE" is displayed. 5 When a beep is heard, say the category name within 2 seconds. The recognized phone number (name) is displayed. Press the volume knob to make a call. 6 `32; This step is the same as step 4 of the procedure in <Calling a Number in the Phone Book> (page 16). You can make a call or select a category. `32; If your voice cannot be recognized, a message is displayed. Pressing the Volume knob allows you to retry voice input. Refer to <Troubleshooting> (page 34). `32; Both the name and category require registration of a voice tag.
