I Am Getting An Error Code Eo30 With My Kenmore Elite Slide In Range.

The range has already been replaced once and I am still having the same error message with the second range.  The service tech said the power coming into my house is too high causing the error message.  My power supply company (Com-Ed) said the voltage is within proper range.  I would really like to keep my range but I don't think that is possible.  Is there a solution to my problem?
