Why Front Load Washer 4044 Won't Start The Cycle?

Yesterday while my front load washer 4044 was starting to do its first normal cycle , which usually it takes around 45-50m min, it stopped unexpectedly. the water didn't drain completely and OE appeared on the panel. I proceeded as the manual mentioned to drain at the front and check the back hose. After that it started for 18  min and then stopped and hasn't worked since. Any  suggestions what it could be??
