Corporate Offices For Member Services

I have been trying to get the telephone number or a name of someone who is responsible for Member Services  at the corporate level.  My locate Member Service office is not responsive.  I have over 25 pages of documentation demonstrating the extremely poor service I have received.  I will be glad to share my documentation to any executive in senior management whose is seriously interested in how Kaiser members in Lancaster California are be denied basic resolution process of a complaint.
