What Is Your Official Policy When Giving Out Employment References?
I would like to know what is Kaiser Permanente Northern California's "official" corporate/human resources policy on giving out employment references of former employees? What information is provided? Is there any additional policy on who a reference check can speak to? How are situations handed by Kaiser Permanente HR when a reference of the former supervisors name provided by a potential employee at a different company is listed as a different name within the Kaiser Permanente system?
