There are two different steps you can take since you've lost your card. They are the only ways to get your ID number. You can sign into the site and request a new card: https://healthy.kaiserpermanente.org/health/care/signon, or you can contact member services: https://healthy.kaiserpermanente.org/health/care/consumer/locate-our-services/member-services. On the left hand side you will see the links you need.
