Your pet must be vaccinated and have a vet certification. The requirements for the carrier are as follows; A carrier that does not exceed 17"L x 12.5"W x 8.5"H. Your pet must be able to stand up and move around in the carrier with ease. The combined weight of the pet and carrier can not exceed 20 pounds. I hope this answers your question.
