Jensen Cdh1000

i have a jensen cdh 1000. it comes on when u turn the car on but it wont flip out or eject the cd.

Start by removing the plastic trim ring surrounding the outside edge of the unit.  At the top right, there should be a "hard" eject button.  My guess is that if this doesn't get it out, either the motor for the face or a spring is bad/bound and impeding the movement.
