I'm not sure I can answer that without knowing what you're hearing. I might suggest that you reset the headset to see if that resolves any issues you may be having. To do this, start by removing the Jabra BT2050 from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu.

To reset the BT2050, start with the headset turned OFF, then press and hold the ON/OFF button and the answer/end button together for at least 10 seconds. You will see the headset turn ON in pairing mode. Turn the headset OFF and then ON again and repeat the pairing procedure to link it with your phone.
