Why Low Battery
Even after charging all night my Jabra Journey still says "Low Battery" Why ? Batteries almost new.

There may be an issue with a part in the charging process - the USB cable or adapter. Try using a different USB cable or adapter and see if that resolves the issue. If it does, Jabra can replace the defective part for you.
