Jabra Journey Voice Doesn’t Work

After the initial turn on my Jabra Journey started with voice commands and I managed to pair the device with 2 mobile phones. During the first use in the car I pressed the VOICE Button by mistake. It said that the voice commands function was deactivated. After that I couldn't turn the voice any longer. I have tried to reset the Jabra Journey and also deleted bluetooth devices from my mobiles, but nothing has changed. It does not talk any longer. My mobile phones: HTC One X, Nokia E52

To enable voice commands on your Jabra Journey, start with the unit turned off, then press and hold the voice button while turning the unit on. This procedure toggles the voice commands feature on and off.
