Can Not Reset Jabra Hfs003

To reset the Jabra Journey, start with the unit ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until it goes into pairing mode. Then, press and hold the volume down and answer/end buttons until you hear the 3rd (higher) tone. If you turn the unit OFF and then ON again, it should start up in pairing mode, confirming that it's been reset.
