New Firmware Jabra Journey
I could not update the new firmware !
I followed the instructions After Step C, nothing happened my PC did no accepted the Jabra Journey as a usb
I tried this procedure on three different computers
Do I need to install some drivers on my computer and what drivers?

When updating the firmware on the Jabra Journey, keep the unit turned OFF until step C - then, press and hold both the Voice and Answer/End buttons whilte turning the unit ON. You will hear two tones and the PC should load the driver for the Journey DFC mode - the Journey is Plug-n-Play so no drivers are actually needed, it's on the device, itself. If your PC is not attempting to load the driver, there may be something running that is interfering with the process. Run the PC with a minimal number of programs and TSR's active (terminate, stay resident programs are generally the ones in the system icon tray).
