How To Turn Up The Volume On Headset

Since you didn't specify, I'm assuming you mean the volume that you hear (receive volume) as opposed to the volume with which other people hear you (transmit volume).  First, on the LCD panel on the 9330, use the left/right arrows to find the Protection Level Setting (icon looks like a tree) then use the up and down arrows to select Level 0.  This will give you the loudest setting with normal hearing protection.

There is a volume control on the headset itself and the headset can also utilize the volume control of your phone.
