Jabra Freeway Pairs With My Phone But Does Not Load Phone Book

The Freeway doesn't need to load your contact information - it accesses it using a Bluetooth profile called PBAP (PhoneBook Access Profile). If the information in your contact list is exactly the same as what comes through the caller ID, the Jabra Freeway will announce the name of the caller instead of just the number.
