I would suggest that you reset your Jabra Extreme2. To do this, start by removing the Extreme2 from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu. Then, turn the Extreme2 ON and then press and hold the volume up, volume down and answer/end buttons until the light flashes white briefly. When you turn the Extreme2 OFF and then ON again, it will turn on in pairing mode and you'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link your phone and headset together again. This should resolve the issue. The problem may arise again if you pair the Extreme2 with another device.
