Bluetooth Connection Is Broken While Taking Calls

The connection is breaking and again reconnecting while talking using Jabra EasyGo. The signal on the mobile is perfectly fine and the same is not happening in case of taking the call using mobile. What could be the reason for this?

The problem you describe is generally due to a Bluetooth communications issue. The best way to resolve it is to reset both the phone and the headset: for the Jabra EasyGo, with the unit turned on, press and hold the volume down button and the answer/end button until the status lights flash.

On your cellphone, you'll want to delete the Bluetooth entry for the EasyGo, then turn the phone off and remove its battery for 15 seconds.

Replace the battery, turn the phone back on, turn the EasyGo on (it will be in pairing mode) and re-pair the two devices from the Bluetooth menu on your phone. After that, everything should work fine.
