Bluetooth Connection Is Broken While Taking Calls

On your cellphone, you'll want to delete the Bluetooth entry for the EasyGo, then turn the phone off and remove its battery for 15 seconds.
Replace the battery, turn the phone back on, turn the EasyGo on (it will be in pairing mode) and re-pair the two devices from the Bluetooth menu on your phone. After that, everything should work fine.
