Pour Remboursement D Appareil Défectueux

Mon Jabra easy go ne reste pas connecter je l ai acheter le 17 novembre 2012, et à partir du 30 novembre 2012 au soir il ne restait plus connectez a mon cellulaire alors je veux un remboursement pour appareil qui ne fonctionne pas
