Pairing Problems

Hi I have just changed phones to a Samsung s3 and when trying to pair with my jabra drive on, my phone says it cannot find any devices. What can I do? dee

You need to be sure to put the Jabra Drive in pairing mode first. Turn the Drive ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until the Bluetooth status light starts flashing rapidly. Once in this mode, you should be able to "find" and add the Drive as a new device in your phone's Bluetooth menu.
