I Have Paired My Jabra Cruiser But My Incoming Calls Are Not Being Announced.

First, this feature is phone-dependent. You'll have to deteremine if your phone supports the PBAP Bluetooth profile. Second, a lot of phones had implemented PBAP incorrectly and there are software updates available through the phone manufacturer or your cell service provider.
