Why Wont My Jabra Cruiser Pair Automatically

Not sure what you mean, exactly. The Jabra Cruiser has to be put into pairing mode first. To do this, turn the unit ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until the Cruiser indicates that it's in pairing mode. Once in this mode, you should be able to "find" and add the Cruiser as a new device from your phone's Bluetooth menu.
