You have to put the Jabra Cruiser into pairing mode first. To do this, start with the Cruiser turned ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until the unit is in pairing mode. Once in this mode, you should be able to "find" or "add" the Cruiser as a new device from your phone's Bluetooth menu.
