I can't get my Jabra HFS001 to recognize my new 4S Iphone. What to do?

You have to make sure that the Jabra Cruiser is in pairing mode. To do this, turn the unit ON and then press and hold the answer/end button until the voice indicates that it's in pairing mode. Once in this mode, you should be able to "find" and add the Cruiser as a new device from the phone's Bluetooth menu.
