There's an FM button on the side of the Jabra Cruiser. When you press it, it will announce an FM frequency, which it will transmit all sounds to. You can change this frequency (recommended) using the volume up and down buttons. Once you've found a good FM frequency, it will be saved by the Cruiser until you change it again. You really don't need to do anything except press the FM button to get it to transmit its audio to your car stereo's speakers.
