To reset the Jabra Cruiser2, simply turn the unit ON, then press and hold the answer/end, FM and volume up buttons simultaneously until the voice indicates that it's in pairing mode. Verify that it's been reset by switching the unit OFF and then ON again - it should start up in pairing mode.
