Is The Jabra, Bt 350 Compatible With The Samsung Galaxy Note 2? How Do I Pair It

Yes, the Jabra BT350 is compatible with your Samsung Galaxy Note 2. To get the BT350 into pairing mode, start with the headset OFF, then press and hold the answer/end button until the blue light is on solid (not flashing). Once in this mode, you should be able to add it as a new device from your Galaxy's Bluetooth menu.
