Journey Will Not Autoconnect With S3

I have been able to pair my Journey to my Galaxy S3. After pairing everything worked fine - until the link was broken (walking away from car). When returning to the car units will not auto reconnect. If I command the phone to connect, it will connect but only for media audio, not call audio. Can only regain call audio by unpairing and repeating the pairing sequence. Please tell me there is a way to fix this. Thanks, -J

I would suggest resetting both the phone and the Jabra Journey. Start by removing the Journey from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu. Turn the phone OFF and remove its battery for at least 15 seconds.

Reset the Journey by turning it ON. Press and hold the answer/end button until you hear it go into pairing mode. Once in this mode, press and hold the answer/end and volume down buttons until you hear a beep and the light flashes purple briefly. If you turn the Journey OFF and then ON again, it will be in pairing mode.

Replace the battery in your phone and turn it ON. Repeat the pairing procedure to link your phone and the Journey together again and it should work fine.
