Pairing
Is this device (BT2045) compatible to paire with an HP Desktop running Windows Vista Home Premium with Bluetooth capibilities. If so need HOW TO PAIRE UP and what all do I need to do or run

It depends mostly on the device that brings Bluetooth into the PC. Bluetooth has many "profiles" and different devices support a different set of these profiles. You need the one that support HSP (Headset Profile) for your PC to support the Jabra BT2045.
To pair the two devices, you need to put the BT2045 into pairing mode by, starting with the unit off, press and hold the answer/end button until the light is on solid (not flashing). Once in this mode, follow the instructions for pairing the device that brings Bluetooth into the PC.
