Jabra Bt2045 Can't Hear

Make sure you do this first:
1. Be sure you have charged your headset
2. Get your Bluetooth activated on your phone
3. Pair your headset on your mobile device. Then;
1.Then Add volume on your device, by pressing + volume
2. Make sure that the headset is paired to your Bluetooth enabled mobile phone.
Than it surely has to work but if not than take it to nearest jabra service center.
