JVC Reset For Flashing color screen--
1)unplug the TV completely, no wall no power strips, completely
2)wait 10 sec
3)plug TV back in and Turn it on, the light will still be doing the same thing
4)wait 30 sec
5)ON THE TV, not the remote, locate the menu, volume (-) and power button.
6)while simultaneously holding down the menu and volume (-) button, pressed the power button ONCE and continue to hold the other 2 for 10 sec.
7)on the remote control, go to menu>settings>system info
*** now this I know as a FACT will work on systems that display: JVC - ver.5.32FO001, but I don't know of any other versions***
8)press the mute button on the remote twice
9)unplug TV again and wait 10 sec.
10) plug TV in and turn on
This should fix your TV--
You could have entered a diagnostic colour test. With the TV powered on, hold the 'Menu' & 'Enter' together, then press the power button. Problem resolved
