I Have A Jvc Lt-40x787hdtv And I Am Not Able To Set Up To Get The Tv Dispalying

I tried using a box converter, and then the antenna but not success ( the TV set is not displaying any channel)

There is a button on the remote that changes the tuner from analog to digital. Press the [A/D] button and then auto-program to find the channels with the antenna hooked directly to the TV (no coverter box neede with this set).
