1- Make sure that the processor's cooling fan is working efficiently and that there is no heating
2- If the fan is healthy, there is a white substance between the processor and the cooling fan. This substance usually dries up after a long period of operation. If this is the case, you must replace it with a new substance, which is sold in the market. This is if you notice high levels of heat in the bag.
3- Make sure that the capacitors in the motherboard are not damaged. A damaged capacitor often causes instability in the device's performance, and if it is damaged, it must be replaced by a specialized person.
4- Cleaning the RAM does not solve the problem if the RAM is already damaged, so you must try other RAMs.
5- Check the graphics card using the BIOS software
6- Try to analyze what you did before this problem appeared. Did you, for example, add new software? Or, for example, connect an external hard disk to it? And others
7- It may be a temporary problem that can be solved on its own, as it is said that 10% of computer malfunctions are solved through charity.
8- Follow safety procedures when examining the computer and disconnect the power from it during the manual examination. Good luck, God willing.

1. Check RAM: Open your computer case and ensure that the RAM modules are properly seated in their slots. If there are multiple RAM sticks, try removing them one by one and then reinserting each one. Make sure they are firmly in place.
2. Clear CMOS: Locate the CMOS battery on the motherboard and remove it for about 5-10 minutes. This will reset the BIOS settings to default. After the appropriate time has passed, reinstall the battery and try turning on your computer again.
3. Check Graphics Card: If you have a dedicated graphics card installed on your motherboard, try removing it and then reseating it. If you are using integrated graphics, skip this step.
4. Inspect Power Supply: Check all power cables connected to the motherboard, ensuring they are securely plugged in. Additionally, you may want to try using a different power supply if you have access to one, as a faulty power supply can cause startup issues.
5. Test with Minimal Configuration: Disconnect all non-essential components from your motherboard, such as additional hard drives, DVD drives, and expansion cards. Leave only the essentials connected, such as the CPU, one RAM stick, graphics card, and power supply cables. Try turning on your computer again to see if the issue persists.
If after going through these steps the problem still persists and your PC won't turn on, it may be time to take it to a professional technician for diagnose and repair or contact Intel customer support for further assistance.

Faulty memory modules
Incompatible memory modules
Loosely seated memory modules
A problem with the motherboard's memory controller
To troubleshoot this error, you can try the following steps:
Check the memory modules. Make sure that the memory modules are properly seated in the motherboard's memory slots. If you have more than one memory module, try removing one module at a time and see if the error persists. If the error goes away when you remove a particular memory module, that module is likely faulty.
Test the memory modules. You can use a memory testing tool, such as MemTest86+, to test the memory modules for errors. To do this, create a bootable MemTest86+ USB drive and boot your computer from the USB drive. MemTest86+ will then test the memory modules for errors. If it finds any errors, it will display them on the screen.
Update the BIOS. It is also possible that the BIOS on your motherboard is outdated and needs to be updated. You can download the latest BIOS update from the Intel website.
Contact Intel support. If you have tried all of the above steps and the error persists, you may need to contact Intel support for assistance.
Note: If you are not comfortable troubleshooting this error yourself, you can take your computer to a qualified technician for assistance.
