Insignia Tv Model Number Ns 24 E 340a13 Locking Up
TV has been locking up off and on lately , but now is locked into 1 station ,has no pic and voice comes on for 10 sec and shuts off. Have to unplug to get it to shut off , and then turns on as soon as I plug it in

It sounds like a hardware issue unfortunately. You will likely have to send it in for repair or have it fixed locally. You can try contacting Insignia if you want. Maybe they can give you some suggestions. Contact information is here:
