Loud Rattle Or Vibration.
I have a loud rattle or vibration only when my mower is moving. Any idea what is loose or rattling around?? Randy Coty

check for any loose nuts or bolts that support the plastic engine cover on top of the mower. Also check the oil level and make sure it is ok, low oil can cause internal motor noises that could eventually harm it. Try listening to it closely while running and determine where the sound is loudest.
