If the front wheels of your Husqvarna HU775H self-propelled 22" mower are lower than the rear wheels, it may be due to a bent axle or a worn-out bushing. The axle is the metal rod that the wheels spin on, while the bushing is a small, round piece of plastic or metal that helps to reduce friction between the axle and the wheel. If the axle is bent, the front wheels will be lower than the rear wheels. If the bushing is worn out, it will allow the axle to move around too much, which can also cause the front wheels to be lower than the rear wheels.

Here are some possible causes of the issue:

Bent axle: This can happen if the mower has been hit or dropped. If the axle is bent, it will need to be replaced.

Worn-out bushing: This can happen over time, especially if the mower is used frequently. If the bushing is worn out, it will need to be replaced.

Loose adjustment: Check the adjustment of the front wheel axle. If it is loose, tighten it according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Here are some steps you can take to fix the issue:

Inspect the axle. If the axle is bent, it will need to be replaced. You can take the mower to a qualified repair shop to have the axle replaced.

Inspect the bushing. If the bushing is worn out, it will need to be replaced. You can purchase a new bushing from a Husqvarna dealer or online.

Tighten the adjustment of the front wheel axle. If the axle is loose, tighten it according to the manufacturer's instructions.

If you are not comfortable fixing the issue yourself, you can take the mower to a qualified repair shop for diagnosis and repair.
