The Drive Shaft Pully

the pully that holds the blade comes in two pieces...one fits inside of the other. The part # sintergy 581851501 holds the blade and the other half of the pully is closer to the engine. They come apart and the belt slips between them, making the rear wheels inoperable. How can i stick them together short of using gorilla glue? The drive shaft has room for 2 keepers but the pully has only 1
