Huawei Vitria Wont Turn On
every time i try to tuern my phone on it gets frozen on the huawei screen. ive held the power button and even took the battery out for more then 30 seconds

Hi. That is most likely owing to a firmware glitch - access the recovery mode as per the instructions here

and "Wipe Cache" and retry - you may have to "Wipe data/factory reset" from the same menu if the issue persist
