my son tried to sent me a text picture but when i trued to view it got blank screen.....no problem viewing text messages just messeges sent with mms

Greetings. Probably, one party has mosconfigired mms settings. Let him send to a different receipient to determine the misconfigured phone. Customer care should be able to help with correct mms configurations.
