Switching From Tmobile To Orange

I have a tmobile sim in my e586, it's fine when in tmobile area,but when in orange area,no Internetconnection happens. I have turned on and off,reset andcontacted tmobile, they insists it's a third partyproblem,ie the 586. I need to use in an orange area please help
