Roaming???

I use my E5331 modem in two different places in Denmark wit bad 3G connection. Now I cannot start a session without going through a window that says roaming and I need to press the connect button in setup? It can only be done from my Win 8.1 PC and not from my Ipad and my Samsung android tablet
