Not Transmitting Data

i can not get on the internet when i try useing data. i can useing a wireless network as hotspot. my data servicer says there are gigs of data on my sim card. i have used this provider before with this pocket router. i reset the device multiple times and also reset info on online managment page. when i check network status it says i have signal and tells me the speed to signal. where it says internet it says failed. any idea what might be wrong?

I recommend calling your wireless carrier. They should be able to tell you what the issue is.
