How Can I Add Or Delete A Contact From An Existing Group

I can see how to add or delete whole groups but cannot see where I can just add or delete a contact from an existing group.

Hi,

On the people window where you see the main contact list, click on on the contact you want to delete from a group > at the top, click GROUPS > un-check the box in front of the group > click Apply when done. Contact is deleted from the group, but still present in the main contact list.
