Is By-047b A Cooling Fan Or A Heater? I Tried To Use It As A Heater, But It Auto
but the fan shut down coz the room temperature is lower than my temperature setting.but why the product name in your site contains word "heater"

This is a cooling fan but as its from honeywell. So it comes with a temperature sensor. This is the wonderful property of this Cooling Fan that's the reason why its turning itself off on its own once it reaches that temperature.
