Thermostat Has No Display,can'tturn On The Heat Checked Breakers

CHECKED BREAKERS ON CIRCUIT BOX AND HEAT UNIT, THERMOSTAT HAS NO DISPLAY, DOES THIS THING HAVE BATTERIES
