each store has it's own policy but if you are within 90 days of purchase and have your reciept you can always return item under their return policy then buy at cheaper price if they refuse your best way of finding out is calling store after 8 a.m. before 11a.m. or after 2p.m and ask for management and ask if you call durring a busy time of day your chances of being refused increase i usualy call store managers around 9 a.m they are not just getting to work stores are generaly not busy and it is not to far into day that they are waiting to go home
