Not Lighting
The power light starts green then turns red, the lamp blinks then turns red, no temp light and this is a brand new bulb.

Follow this procedure to troubleshoot why the lamp does not light up when the projector is turned on.
- Turn off the main power button on the projector.IMPORTANT: If the projector is mounted on a ceiling, fragments of the lamp could fall. Verify that no one is standing directly below the lamp cover.
- Open the lamp cover to see if the lamp is broken or burned out.
- If the lamp looks normal, the problem may be the lamp power supply.NOTES:
- The LCD projector lamps can be purchased from an authorized dealer
- If service is required, contact the nearest service center
