Televission Set - Hitachi - C29-f800snt

Defect:-Fly back chattering noise and no B+, or H.T. 2) Replaced fly back-but symptom persists. 3) Externally wired fly to terminals. Chattering disappears, voltages normal when terminal 6 connection is removed. Pin 6 and 9 are designated as GND. Please help to decide.
